The typical tenement building of Riga's boulevards was built in 1882; its architect is K. J. Felsko. The owner's family has been living in this apartment for four generations, about a hundred years. A few years ago, there was a tragic fire in the building, while it was extinguished, the interior of the apartment - furniture, works of art, room decorations were badly damaged. The household items and furniture accumulated over the centuries had to be removed, sorted, restored and life in these rooms had to start anew.
