The Art Nouveau tenement house built in 1909, in the centre of Riga on Stabu Street, is a cultural monument of regional significance. The building’s architect is S. Nudelmanis. Work on the interior of the apartment was started several years ago - initially, the plaster decorations, gilding, ovens, stove and doors and windows were restored and repainted. The interior design process was continued by designing a new plywood-brass kitchen, a few Scandinavian and French design pieces were added to the spaces.
