The building was designed as a freestanding three-storey building. The building is connected on the north side of the facade at the 2nd floor level to the overpass at the start of the bobsleigh training track. Part of the ground floor is an open carpark. The site where the arena is located forms a single entrance area for the entire sports complex. The building has been created in a dynamic way, with expressive overhangs on the end facades.
