Multi apartment house in Kristapa 35, Rīga
The newly constructed building is formed in a single complex with the historical buildings adjacent to the plot of land. The building consists of 10 apartments, 6 of them as two-storey apartments. Facades in vertical unplaned wood lattice, horizontal boards, fibrous cement facade plates, sheet metal covers. The new building is not designed by the same analogy as existing historic buildings in the area - thus, a clear indication of the historical values conveying the existing buildings and modern stylistic.
