The main task – to encourage the development of the environmental quality and identity of the Sarkandaugava neighbourhood centre. The project fulfils the missing urban link, "green" connection between Alekša laukums and Sarkandaugavas kalna parks. The square of the shopping centre is richly landscaped and serves as a place for social activities and meetings. Shopping centre project was approached as an inclusive background, the design principles of which architecturally stylize the volume of the historical cinema "Aurora", preserving the "memory of the place".
