The apartment building at Eduarda Smiļģa Street 25 is designed as a rental building with 20 apartments, a safe and accessible environment for all age groups and near-zero energy requirements. The new building is located in the territory of the national urban monument "A fragment of Pardaugava buildings". The complex consists of three volumes - two traditional two-storey volumes with pitched roofs on the street fronts, and a third located deeper into the plot. Contextual materials, colours, proportions and geometry are used that are dominant in the surrounding environment.
